REFRIGERATED TRUCK
A refrigerated truck is a vehicle that is used to transport temperature-sensitive cargo. They are insulated and fitted with refrigeration gear. There are two types of refrigerated truck systems; the integral system and the multi-temperature system. The multi-temperature system is further divided into the multi-compartment and zoned multi-temperature systems. -- Refrigerated trucks are often used to transport frozen food (freezer trucks), dairy products (dairy trucks), vegetables and fruits (fresh goods trucks), vaccine drugs (vaccine trucks), etc. A refrigerated truck is a special refrigerated transport vehicle equipped with a refrigeration unit with a refrigeration unit and a polyurethane insulation compartment. The refrigerated vehicle can be classified according to the carrying capacity of the chassis, the type of the compartment, and the refrigeration unit.

1) according to truck brands,there are dongfeng,faw,howo,i suzu,shacman,i veco,camc,jac refrigerated truck;
2) according to driving model:4X2,4X4,6X4,6X6,8X4,10X4 refrigerated truck;
3) according to temperature request during delivery,there are fresh transport refrigerated truck with temperature request around -5 ºC and frozen cargo(meat,seafood,icecream) transport with temperature request around -16 ºC .
-- The freezer box is with high quality temperature preservation material.The surface is optional for fiberglass,color plate,aluminum alloy or stainless steel and 80mm PU foam in middle to ensure perfect insulation.
-- The refrigerated unit brand is optional,such as: themo king,carrier,chinese brand hanxue,huatai, etc.
-- According to power supplying method,one type is vehicle engine powered refrigerated unit through PTO and another is powered by seperately carried power unit.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The driver should follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintaining the refrigeration unit, including regular cleaning, checking the coolant level, and replacing the filters. When transporting goods, the driver should make sure that the refrigeration unit is working properly and that there are no unusual sounds or vibrations.
TEMPERATURE MAPPING
Temperature mapping is the process of measuring and monitoring temperature distribution within a refrigerated truck to ensure temperature uniformity throughout the cargo space. Temperature mapping is necessary to identify any hotspots or cold spots that can affect the quality of the transported products. Drivers should conduct temperature mapping periodically and analyze the data to optimize the cargo space and the operation of the refrigeration unit.
DOOR SEALS AND GASKETS
Door seals and gaskets play a crucial role in maintaining the temperature inside the refrigerated truck by preventing air leaks. Damaged or worn seals and gaskets can cause temperature fluctuations and increase energy consumption. Drivers should regularly inspect the doors, seals, and gaskets and replace any damaged or worn components. Before and after each trip, the driver should check the condition of the seals and gaskets and ensure that the doors are tightly closed.
