SWEEPING TRUCK

The new road cleaning model developed by our factory adopts the principle of negative pressure pure suction and one-way air intake (no back-blowing airflow), so that dust can only enter but not exit, no dust can be raised, and zero PM2.5 emissions can be achieved. It is suitable for mechanized cleaning operations of cement concrete pavements and asphalt pavements such as urban roads, viaducts, squares, airports, docks, and factory areas.
*The rear-mounted wide-width suction nozzle, suction cup with rolling sweep, and vertical filter cartridge structure are adopted.
*The wide-width suction nozzle is controlled to rise and fall by the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic floating technology can greatly improve the service life of the rubber wheel.

   The HOWO series high-efficiency vacuum street sweeper is a new generation of specialized equipment for pavement, curb cleaning, sweeping, and dust suppression, designed and developed independently by our company, with independent intellectual property rights and international leading technology. This street sweeper combines the functional characteristics of a street cleaning vehicle and a high-pressure cleaning vehicle, addressing the limitation of vacuum trucks that cannot clean curbs on urban roads. During operation, the sweeping brush sweeps ground debris towards the inside of the vehicle, while stubborn attachments on the pavement are dislodged by the water flow from the high-pressure spray bar, which is then sucked into the garbage bin by the suction cup. It features characteristics such as being environmentally friendly, fully functional, reasonably designed, low energy consumption, large cleaning range, and long service life.
   (1) Applicable Scope
   1. Daily cleaning work for urban roads, highways, squares, airports, docks, tunnels, bridges, isolation walls, and other pavements and curbstones.
   2. Cleaning and sweeping of main roads in construction sites and factory areas.
   (2) Structural Design and Components
   It consists of the washing and sweeping operation part and the walking part. It includes a Class II vehicle chassis, auxiliary beam, auxiliary engine, fan, clutch, high-pressure water pump, watering pump, clean water tank, auxiliary engine compartment, rear water tank + garbage bin, sweeping disc, suction cup, combined spray bar, hydraulic system, electric control system, waterway system, air system, front spray, rear spray, self-cleaning device, and more.
2. Product Function Introduction and Display
3. 1. Washing and Sweeping   
    Working Principle: The auxiliary engine drives the hydraulic oil pump, high-pressure water pump, and fan. The hydraulic oil pump drives the left and right sweeping discs to extend, lift, and rotate. The left and right sweeping brushes, driven by the rotation of the sweeping discs, sweep the debris on both sides to the front of the suction cup. At the same time, the high-pressure water pump pressurizes the clean water from the water tank and delivers it through the high-pressure pipeline control valve to the water spray rods inside the suction cup and the left and right spray rods. The fan-shaped high-pressure nozzles spray a fan-shaped water curtain, forming a U-shaped water knife with a total width of no less than 3.5 meters to dislodge ground attachments. The suction cup utilizes the negative pressure generated by the fan to draw garbage into the garbage bin through the air duct.
   Depending on the working environment, the left and right side brushes can be independently controlled, with 6 operational modes available: 'Full Sweep', 'Left Sweep', 'Right Sweep', 'Full Clean', 'Left Clean', and 'Right Clean'.
   2. Curbstone and curbstone face washing: During the sweeping operation, for sidewalks and vertical walls that are higher than the pavement, the ball valves on the left and right spray arms can be opened. High-pressure water is sprayed through the spray pipes, creating a high-pressure water curtain that can wash the curbstone and curbstone face.
4. Rear spray dust suppression: A spray bar is equipped under the garbage bin at the rear of the street sweeper, with multiple spray nozzles installed on the spray bar. To prevent secondary pollution caused by dust raised during operation, the rear spray switch can be activated, allowing high-pressure water flow to be sprayed in a mist form through the nozzles, effectively settling dust on the ground and purifying the air.
5. Low-pressure washing: For relatively clean pavements, the low-pressure washing function can be activated, driven by the power take-off of the chassis to achieve the low-pressure washing capability of the water spraying vehicle.

High-pressure cleaning: The whole vehicle is equipped with a 20-meter automatic winding reel and a high-pressure lance, making it convenient for users to clean the vehicle while parked, keeping it clean and preventing dust accumulation that could cause blockages in the oil and air lines, affecting the vehicle's lifespan.
   6. Front-point washing device: Driven by a high-pressure water pump, it can be used in conjunction with sweeping operations to wash and clean targeted dirt on the pavement in advance, while avoiding dust generation during the sweeping process. It can also be used on cleaner pavements in conjunction with low-pressure washing operations to reduce pavement dryness.
   7. Self-cleaning function: To prevent solid waste residues from adhering to the interior of the garbage bin during the tipping process, which can lead to corrosion of the bin and affect the product's lifespan, a self-cleaning nozzle is installed inside the bin. The high-pressure water flow generated can flush all waste residues out of the bin.
    The street sweeper is a new concept sanitation product that saves time, money, effort, and is highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.

   The efficient street sweeper utilizes high-pressure water flow and inclined sweeping brushes to sweep waste to the front of the suction cup. Under the negative pressure generated by the fan, the airflow in the closed loop sucks the waste into the garbage bin for storage. The entire operation process is based on physical principles, which do not produce chemical waste or cause secondary pollution to the environment due to waste leakage. At the same time, the rear spray mist effectively reduces the concentration of dust in the air, addressing the issue of dust pollution. The cleaning efficiency is high, and this model's comprehensive features address various pavement environments. The cleaning efficiency reaches over 98% in a single operation, with functions including targeted washing, sweeping, curbstone cleaning, rear spraying, low-pressure washing, and a cleaning method that employs a centrally positioned suction cup with left and right side spray rods. It can effectively handle dust and garbage on the pavement, in gutters, at bends, and on curbstones, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.

There is an indoor monitor for reverse and sweeping status, and a 20m high-pressure washing reel.    (3) The water tank and garbage bin are designed with structural mechanics and aesthetic considerations, using stainless steel material that is CNC bent and welded in one go, ensuring high processing accuracy, reliable quality, and a neat appearance, which not only meets the structural strength requirements of the whole vehicle but also satisfies the aesthetic needs of users. The whole vehicle's painting process adopts the imported passenger car painting technology as the standard, featuring strong process capability, high surface smoothness, and reliability. The process design has distinct layers and a strong three-dimensional effect.
   (4) Electric Control System: Intelligent electric control operating system (including one-button operation system, two sets of operating systems for the cab and rear, working voice broadcast system, and alarm system, with right and rear monitoring systems installed in the cab), facilitating the driver's real-time observation of the vehicle's surroundings and operational status during travel, and allowing for adjustments to the working mode, ensuring high safety.

The auxiliary engine uses Cummins B170, and the auxiliary engine directly drives the hydraulic pump through the side power take-off (PTO) port, improving transmission efficiency, reducing support seat transition, saving fuel consumption, lowering user operating costs, and effectively reducing failure rates.

   1) The high-pressure water pump and water nozzles are all made from original imported European products. The pump features a stainless steel pump head, with a rated pressure of up to 10Mpa and a rated flow rate of 142L/min, providing excellent washing effects on the pavement.
   3. Wide operational range
   From dust as fine as a few microns to debris such as stones, bricks, leaves, and beverage bottles measuring 30-50mm, all can be removed in a single operation. The maximum sweeping width of the pavement is approximately 3.5m, with a sweeping capacity of 52,500m²/h.
   4. Simple structure with few wear parts
   More than 90% of the components on the whole vehicle are assembled using a modular assembly method. Each small part is designed for universality and interchangeability, making disassembly easy, facilitating replacements, reducing maintenance costs, and increasing replacement efficiency.

   The water tank capacity can reach 9 m³, and the total capacity of the garbage bin is 7 m³, making it suitable for extended operations.
