The tank body adopts an elliptical horizontal tank structure, a vehicle-tank integrated design, a tank body through-tank design, a food-grade stainless steel tank mouth made of 3.0mm SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel, CNC fully automatic plate welding, weld grinding and polishing, large plate rolling machine, one-time rolling into an elliptical cylinder, the tank body is welded by argon arc welding

The internal head of the tank body is made of stainless steel. The head is expanded in one go by a bulging machine. It has a symmetrical appearance and beautiful shape. It can effectively alleviate the impact of fresh milk on the tank head during driving. The impact resistance is much higher than that of flat heads and conical heads.

PARTITION/WAVE-PROOF SUPPORT PLATE

3mm stainless steel plate, expanded into butterfly-shaped partition plate by expansion machine, all partitions/wave-proof plates are welded to the inside of the tank body by argon arc welding, and arc-shaped flushing reinforcement ring is installed on the back to form an arc edge at the connection between the partition and the inner tank, so that there is no sharp angle in the tank body. All welds inside the tank body are polished and polished by the thousand-blade wheel and fiber wheel for many times to make the inner wall smooth and without sharp angles; the support plate through hole is flanging machine once, which increases the bearing capacity of the support plate

KEEL FRAME/REINFORCEMENT RIBS


The tank body is designed with keel frame and reinforcement ribs. The keel frame is welded to the tank body at a corresponding proportional spacing, so that the outer cover has corresponding support. The reinforcement ribs are fully welded to the tank body according to the corresponding position, forming an effective support for the tank body and improving the bearing capacity of the inner liner.

INSULATION LAYER


The imported polyurethane spray foaming process is used to cover the entire tank truck. The thickness of the polyurethane foam is 70mm. The density of the polyurethane foam produced by the spray process is uniform, fireproof and moisture-proof. The polyurethane foam is covered with a layer of 10mm rubber insulation sponge, which effectively solves the sweating phenomenon of the tank body. Under normal temperature conditions, the temperature of the tank body fully loaded with the transport medium changes by 2-3 degrees Celsius in 24 hours.

OUTER TANK PROTECTIVE LAYER


The outer shell of the tank is covered by a 1mm stainless steel plate lamination and welding-free process to cover the entire tank body. The appearance is paint-free. The overlap process is more conducive to the single-piece replacement of the outer shell in case of damage to the outer shell of the tank.

CIP CLEANING


CIP cleaning balls are evenly distributed inside the tank truck, all made of SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel. The cleaning spray water can rotate 360°, so that the cleaning liquid can reach any part of the tank body, achieving no-dead-angle cleaning. Each tank is equipped with 1 set of cleaning balls, and 2 sets of cleaning balls are equipped for distances exceeding 2 meters; the cleaning valve is located in the tail unloading box, and is controlled by a separate valve to avoid people opening the valve on the top of the tank during cleaning
