Suction sewage truck is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers, and transports sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution. The suction sewage truck can self suction and discharge, with fast working speed, large capacity, and convenient transportation. It is suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud, and crude oil. The sewage suction truck adopts domestically advanced vacuum pumps with high suction power and long suction range, which are particularly suitable for the suction, transportation, and discharge of sediment in sewers, especially for larger objects such as mud, silt, stones, bricks, etc.
The dedicated part of the sewage suction truck consists of a power take-off, a transmission shaft, a vacuum sewage pump, a pressure tank body, a hydraulic part, a pipe network system, a vacuum pressure gauge, a fecal window, a hand washing device, etc. The vehicle is equipped with a high-power vacuum sewage pump and a high-quality hydraulic system. The tank head is formed by one-time die-casting, the tank body can be opened backwards, and the double top is self dumping. The dirt inside the tank can be directly dumped through the back cover, which has the characteristics of high vacuum degree (greater than the suction force of the suction truck), large tonnage, high efficiency, and wider application.
With the increasing demand from consumers, the functions of our sewage trucks have become more extensive. Based on consumer demand, we have added the following features to our sewage suction truck models:
1. Cleaning and suctioning sewage trucks (can not only clear sewers, but also suck sewage, suctioning sewage, suctioning sludge, and suctioning impurities, with tank capacities of 3-5 cubic meters, 6-8 cubic meters, 10-15 cubic meters, 16-22 cubic meters, 25-33 cubic meters, and 35 cubic meters);
2. High pressure cleaning and dredging truck (specialized for cleaning and dredging sewers, with tank capacities of 3-5 cubic meters, 6-8 cubic meters, 10-15 cubic meters, 16-22 cubic meters, 25-33 cubic meters, and 35 cubic meters);
