REFRIGERATED TRUCK

A refrigerated truck is a vehicle that is used to transport temperature-sensitive cargo. They are insulated and fitted with refrigeration gear. Their main purpose is to maintain the desired temperature for products such as meat, dairy, and produce. Meat can be transported without spoilage because refrigerated trucks can maintain a constant temperature. Also, refrigerated trucks can be used to transport products over long distances because of their ability to maintain temperature.

There are two types of refrigerated truck systems; the integral system and the multi-temperature system. The multi-temperature system is further divided into the multi-compartment and zoned multi-temperature systems. The trucks with the integral system have an insulated body, which makes them ideal for short-distance transportation. On the other hand, trucks with multi-temperature systems are used for long-distance transportation of refrigerated goods at different temperatures.

The box body is manufactured using our company's hydraulic adsorption integrated molding production line, with insulation performance reaching * * * * standard. The interior and exterior fabrics of the box body are made of new nano fiberglass (non light absorbing, good insulation, strong hardness, anti-oxidation), with a thickness of 8cm. The inner lining skeleton is made of rust resistant high-quality light steel profiles from WISCO, and the insulation material is filled with polyurethane foam without gaps. The bottom of the box body is made of aluminum alloy patterned plate or selected flat nano fiberglass. The box body is wrapped with galvanized stainless steel corners and thickened aluminum alloy edges. The rear door frame is made of stainless steel, and the thickened stainless steel rear door hinges and locks are used. LED lighting and width lights are used inside the box body.
The refrigeration unit can be selected according to the customer's needs. Customers can choose from -5 ºC, -10 ºC, -15 ºC, -18 * * -20 ºC refrigeration units. The refrigeration unit brands include domestic Jinda K brand, Hana, Hanxue, Huatai, Songhan, Kaixue, and Chaoku  Waiting for refrigeration units, imported refrigeration unit brands include: American Carrier, American Cold * *.  The refrigeration unit is divided into * * unit and split unit!  I suggest that all bosses call to recommend suitable refrigeration units based on your car needs!  This model can be equipped with a "cooling+heating" dual temperature unit (with a temperature range of+20 ºC * * -18 ºC), which can be used in cold regions such as Northeast China and Inner Mongolia * * *!

Introduction to refrigerated compartment body: 
The refrigerated compartment body is made of inner and outer fiberglass materials, equipped with specialized insulation materials for refrigerated trucks. The frame of the box is made of wood wrapped galvanized pipes and adopts bridge insulation technology.  Designed with a right opening single side door, aluminum alloy profile edging, and stainless steel door lock components.  At the same time, it is equipped with a sunken fully welded ventilation duct, a rear double door, and a climbing ladder toolbox.  
Different brands of refrigeration units can be optionally installed to meet the diverse needs of customers.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Refrigerated trucks have temperature controls that monitor and adjust the temperature inside the truck to stay within the required limits. This system consists of sensors, controllers, and alarms that indicate any temperature fluctuations. When preparing the cargo for loading, the driver should set the temperature control system to the required temperature based on the type of product being transported.

INSULATION

Insulation is very important for refrigerated trucks. Proper insulation is required to minimize the transfer of heat inside and outside the truck, maintaining a stable temperature. The driver should regularly inspect the insulation and repair any damage or wear. When loading the truck, the driver should ensure that the cargo is not in contact with the walls of the truck, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the insulation.

REFRIGERATION UNIT

Every refrigerated truck has a refrigeration unit that cools the cargo space. The refrigeration unit must be in good condition and regularly maintained to ensure reliable operation and efficient energy use. The driver should follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintaining the refrigeration unit, including regular cleaning, checking the coolant level, and replacing the filters. When transporting goods, the driver should make sure that the refrigeration unit is working properly and that there are no unusual sounds or vibrations.

TEMPERATURE MAPPING

Temperature mapping is the process of measuring and monitoring temperature distribution within a refrigerated truck to ensure temperature uniformity throughout the cargo space. Temperature mapping is necessary to identify any hotspots or cold spots that can affect the quality of the transported products. Drivers should conduct temperature mapping periodically and analyze the data to optimize the cargo space and the operation of the refrigeration unit.

 

DOOR SEALS AND GASKETS

Door seals and gaskets play a crucial role in maintaining the temperature inside the refrigerated truck by preventing air leaks. Damaged or worn seals and gaskets can cause temperature fluctuations and increase energy consumption. Drivers should regularly inspect the doors, seals, and gaskets and replace any damaged or worn components.
