SWEEPING TRUCK

The new road cleaning model developed by our factory adopts the principle of negative pressure pure suction and one-way air intake (no back-blowing airflow), so that dust can only enter but not exit, no dust can be raised, and zero PM2.5 emissions can be achieved. It is suitable for mechanized cleaning operations of cement concrete pavements and asphalt pavements such as urban roads, viaducts, squares, airports, docks, and factory areas.
*The rear-mounted wide-width suction nozzle, suction cup with rolling sweep, and vertical filter cartridge structure are adopted.
*The wide-width suction nozzle is controlled to rise and fall by the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic floating technology can greatly improve the service life of the rubber wheel.

The auxiliary engine is either a Yunnei 57 horsepower or a Yuchai 57 horsepower, equipped with a 5.0 high-pressure centrifugal fan, a 50L high-pressure pump, a continuously variable automatic clutch, a 1.5 cubic meter stainless steel clean water tank, and a 1.5 cubic meter stainless steel trash bin. Central left and right side brushes, rear-mounted suction cup, with a high-pressure gun rotating swing arm installed on the top of the box.
    Working principle: The auxiliary engine drives the fan and high-pressure pump to start working, combining high-pressure water spraying and suction sweeping. Maximum sweeping width: 2050mm.
    Sweeping System: The sweeping system consists of left and right side brushes, a cycloidal motor, and a sweeping disc. The vehicle has two operating modes (full sweep and right sweep).
    High-Pressure Spraying System: The vehicle's spraying system is composed of a high-pressure gun, suction cup spraying, and left-right suction cup spraying systems. The high-pressure gun pipeline is equipped with a 1.5-meter rotating arm. The left-right suction cup spraying system uses a single nozzle for washing, which can be manually activated to work simultaneously or controlled individually, or all can be turned off to extend the overall working time of the vehicle.
    Box Body: The entire vehicle's trash bin and water tank are all welded from stainless steel plates. The clean water tank has a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters, and the trash bin has a capacity of 1.8 cubic meters. The clean water tank is equipped with a low water level alarm system, and the interior of the trash bin is equipped with a sewage overflow system.
    The maximum operating time at full load after a single water fill can reach 35 to 45 minutes.
