Product Description

SWEEPING TRUCK

The new road cleaning model developed by our factory adopts the principle of negative pressure pure suction and one-way air intake (no back-blowing airflow), so that dust can only enter but not exit, no dust can be raised, and zero PM2.5 emissions can be achieved. It is suitable for mechanized cleaning operations of cement concrete pavements and asphalt pavements such as urban roads, viaducts, squares, airports, docks, and factory areas.
*The rear-mounted wide-width suction nozzle, suction cup with rolling sweep, and vertical filter cartridge structure are adopted.
*The wide-width suction nozzle is controlled to rise and fall by the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic floating technology can greatly improve the service life of the rubber wheel.
*The unique box structure is adopted, and the filter cartridge is easy to disassemble and maintain. The garbage bin adopts an inclined plate structure, which is convenient for unloading without manual intervention. 

The circular filter cartridge is adopted, and an air pulse filter cartridge cleaning device is provided, which can effectively separate the dust on the filter cartridge of the vacuum cleaner, and avoid clogging and secondary pollution of the filter cartridge, thereby greatly improving the filter cartridge life and the overall performance of the vacuum cleaner, and greatly improving the filter cartridge cleaning effect; a large-capacity garbage bin is configured to improve operating efficiency.

1. The Dongfeng Dolika street sweeper adopts a method of washing, sweeping, suction, and mixing to collect garbage, utilizing wet dust removal, electric hydraulic PLC one-button control, and hydraulic tipping unloading for road cleaning operations.
2. It uses a secondary engine specifically to drive the fan and hydraulic system, ensuring continuous operation during travel and maintaining the continuity of the cleaning process.
3. The structure layout adopts 'two centrally positioned sweeping disks + spray dust suppression + centrally positioned wide suction nozzle (with built-in high-pressure spray rod and two side high-pressure spray rods)', providing better cleaning effects on muddy roads, preventing sand and gravel from splashing and creating dust during the cleaning process. This layout facilitates the adjustment and maintenance of the cleaning device and suction cup, and the overall vehicle has good passability during transition operations.
4. The transmission setup between the auxiliary engine and the fan is equipped with an automatic clutch, which ensures that the auxiliary engine automatically disengages from the fan during no-load startup and shutdown, reducing the impact on the auxiliary engine and improving its operational reliability and service life.
5. The sweeping disk features an automatic obstacle avoidance protection function and an automatic reset function; it retracts automatically when encountering an obstacle and returns to its original position after clearing the obstacle.
6. The rotation speed of the sweeping disk can be adjusted according to various cleaning conditions, ensuring effective cleaning performance under different pollution scenarios.
7. Equipped with advanced, efficient specialized fans and a fully floating suction nozzle that can automatically level with the road surface, the cleaning effect is excellent and the service life is long.
