MILK BUCKET DESIGN

Each tank compartment is equipped with a milk bucket. A milk bucket is designed between the tank and the milk unloading pipeline to ensure cleaner milk unloading, facilitate milk unloading and greatly reduce the amount of milk residue unloading in the tank truck.

ANTI-SKID WALKWAY ON UPPER PLATFORM


The anti-skid platform adopts stainless steel punched double-sided walkway, small platform and long platform are optional, the anti-skid walkway support frame adopts pre-buried form, and the tank body and stainless steel punched walkway are connected by stainless steel screws, which has beautiful appearance and is easy to replace

MILK INLET/MILK DISCHARGE PORT


Milk inlet/milk discharge port and cleaning port are integrated in the stainless steel box at the rear of the tanker. The diameter of the milk discharge port is 50mm. The thread is equipped with non-standard/national standard according to the requirements of the ranch. The milk discharge port and cleaning port are equipped with threaded plugs. The box body and valve are equipped with lead seal buckles to facilitate the use of lead seal management by dairy companies.

KEEL FRAME/REINFORCEMENT RIBS


The tank body is designed with keel frame and reinforcement ribs. The keel frame is welded to the tank body according to the corresponding proportional spacing, so that the outer cover has corresponding support. The reinforcement ribs are fully welded to the tank body according to the corresponding position, forming an effective support for the tank body and improving the bearing capacity of the inner liner.

PARTITION/WAVE-PROOF SUPPORT PLATE

stainless steel plate, expanded into butterfly-shaped partition plate by expansion machine, all partitions/wave-proof plates are welded to the inside of the tank body by argon arc welding, and arc-shaped flushing reinforcement ring is installed on the back to form an arc edge at the connection between the partition and the inner tank, so that there is no sharp angle in the tank body. All welds inside the tank body are polished and polished by the thousand-blade wheel and fiber wheel for many times to make the inner wall smooth and without sharp angles; the support plate through hole is flanging machine once, which increases the bearing capacity of the support plate
