Function
The special part of the suction truck consists of extractor, transmission shaft, vacuum suction pump, pressure tank, hydraulic part, pipe network system, vacuum pressure gauge, manure window, hand washing device, etc. The truck is equipped with high-power vacuum suction pump and high-quality hydraulic system, and the head of the tank is molded by one-time die-casting, and the tank can be opened at the back, and the tank can be dumped by the double-top. The dirt in the tank can be dumped directly through the back cover, which has the features of high vacuum (greater suction power than the suction manure truck), large tonnage, high efficiency and wider use.
Working Principle
Vehicle start, hook up the extractor, drive the suction pump, suction pump operation to extract the air in the dirt tank, due to the suction hose is always submerged in the liquid surface, the air in the dirt tank is pumped, because it can not be replenished and more and more thin, resulting in the pressure in the tank is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the dirt that is used in the atmospheric pressure, through the suction hose into the tank.
