REFRIGERATED TRUCK
A refrigerated truck is a vehicle that is used to transport temperature-sensitive cargo. They are insulated and fitted with refrigeration gear. There are two types of refrigerated truck systems; the integral system and the multi-temperature system. The multi-temperature system is further divided into the multi-compartment and zoned multi-temperature systems. The trucks with the integral system have an insulated body, which makes them ideal for short-distance transportation. On the other hand, trucks with multi-temperature systems are used for long-distance transportation of refrigerated goods at different temperatures.

Main Feature:
1: Assembled under the adhesive bonding technology of German KOGEL, the insulation box of our reefer truck will be edged and its corners will be wrapped with aluminum alloy. A LED light will be installed inside. We adopt the No.304 stainless steel to the rear door's frame and hardware.
2: The sealant of the rear door is endurable vulcanized rubber, which guarantees superior gas tightness and ensures the performance of insulation by forming a maze seal off.
3: Having rigorous structure without any cold bridges, our refrigerated truck has solid and flexible inner quality, superior sealing performance, excellent effect of insulation, fine and smooth appearance, bright and clean inner and outer surfaces, etc.
4: With light weight and long lifespan, but also ageing resistance and corrosion resistance, the truck body of our refrigerated truck is easy to be cleaned and maintained.
5: About the refrigerator unit, we choose domestic and thermo King, Carrier, Mitsubishi and other international famous brands.
6: Choose to fix meat hooker, leading rails, ventilation slots for transport fresh meat, vegetables, seafood or transport dangerous chemicals.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The driver should follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintaining the refrigeration unit, including regular cleaning, checking the coolant level, and replacing the filters. When transporting goods, the driver should make sure that the refrigeration unit is working properly and that there are no unusual sounds or vibrations.
TEMPERATURE MAPPING
Temperature mapping is the process of measuring and monitoring temperature distribution within a refrigerated truck to ensure temperature uniformity throughout the cargo space. Temperature mapping is necessary to identify any hotspots or cold spots that can affect the quality of the transported products. Drivers should conduct temperature mapping periodically and analyze the data to optimize the cargo space and the operation of the refrigeration unit.
DOOR SEALS AND GASKETS
Door seals and gaskets play a crucial role in maintaining the temperature inside the refrigerated truck by preventing air leaks. Damaged or worn seals and gaskets can cause temperature fluctuations and increase energy consumption. Drivers should regularly inspect the doors, seals, and gaskets and replace any damaged or worn components. Before and after each trip, the driver should check the condition of the seals and gaskets and ensure that the doors are tightly closed.
