SWEEPING TRUCK
The new road cleaning model developed by our factory adopts the principle of negative pressure pure suction and one-way air intake (no back-blowing airflow), so that dust can only enter but not exit, no dust can be raised, and zero PM2.5 emissions can be achieved. It is suitable for mechanized cleaning operations of cement concrete pavements and asphalt pavements such as urban roads, viaducts, squares, airports, docks, and factory areas.
*The rear-mounted wide-width suction nozzle, suction cup with rolling sweep, and vertical filter cartridge structure are adopted.
*The wide-width suction nozzle is controlled to rise and fall by the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic floating technology can greatly improve the service life of the rubber wheel.
*The unique box structure is adopted, and the filter cartridge is easy to disassemble and maintain. The garbage bin adopts an inclined plate structure, which is convenient for unloading without manual intervention.
The circular filter cartridge is adopted, and an air pulse filter cartridge cleaning device is provided, which can effectively separate the dust on the filter cartridge of the vacuum cleaner, and avoid clogging and secondary pollution of the filter cartridge, thereby greatly improving the filter cartridge life and the overall performance of the vacuum cleaner, and greatly improving the filter cartridge cleaning effect; a large-capacity garbage bin is configured to improve operating efficiency.

Generally speaking, there are three types of street sweeping technologies that are recognized within the street sweeper industry. These technologies can be identified as Mechanical Broom Sweepers, Vacuum Sweepers and Regenerative Air Sweepers. These three fundamental technologies can each have unique variations to the technology that is implemented by a sweeper manufacturer. An example of this would be the "high-efficiency" modification.
Sweepers of all types commonly use gutter brooms to move dirt and debris into the path of the pick-up mechanism of the sweeper. To control fugitive dust, a series of water nozzles are typically used to spray a mist of water around brooms and within the sweeper hopper.
Vacuum Street Sweepers
Vacuum sweepers use an engine powered fan to create suction. Typically, a windrow broom moves dirt into the path of a vacuum nozzle, where dirt and debris are sucked into a hopper. The large volume of the hopper causes the heavier material to fall, while a screen traps lighter material such as leaves, before the air is exhausted. Vacuum sweepers are better at picking up finer material than mechanical sweepers, but share many of the same disadvantages, because the windrow broom is less effective at penetrating cracks and potholes in the street, and the suction nozzle typically only covers about 1/3 of the width of the sweeping path. Vacuum exhaust can also emit a significant amount of dust to the atmosphere.

ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
The suction width of the suction cup reaches 2000mm, and the height-adjustable suction nozzle wheel can easily adjust and ensure a reasonable gap between the suction nozzle and the road surface, thereby achieving better dust collection effect and higher dust collection efficiency.
LONG SERVICE LIFE
