Product Description

SWEEPING TRUCK

The new road cleaning model developed by our factory adopts the principle of negative pressure pure suction and one-way air intake (no back-blowing airflow), so that dust can only enter but not exit, no dust can be raised, and zero PM2.5 emissions can be achieved. It is suitable for mechanized cleaning operations of cement concrete pavements and asphalt pavements such as urban roads, viaducts, squares, airports, docks, and factory areas.
*The rear-mounted wide-width suction nozzle, suction cup with rolling sweep, and vertical filter cartridge structure are adopted.
*The wide-width suction nozzle is controlled to rise and fall by the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic floating technology can greatly improve the service life of the rubber wheel.
*The unique box structure is adopted, and the filter cartridge is easy to disassemble and maintain. The garbage bin adopts an inclined plate structure, which is convenient for unloading without manual intervention.

1. Overview
The sweeping vehicle is produced using the Dongfeng Tianjin DFL1160BX5 type Class II vehicle chassis, modified with an auxiliary engine, fan, high-pressure water pump, clean water tank, waste bin, left and right side brushes, a wide suction nozzle with a spray rod, low-pressure washing system, dust suppression system, hydraulic system, dedicated device electrical control system, and auxiliary frame. The auxiliary engine drives the fan and high-pressure water pump, and the auxiliary engine uses a Dongfeng Cummins 170 horsepower diesel engine. The fan uses an 8.0 high-pressure centrifugal fan, which is highly efficient and has a large air volume, with a maximum air volume of up to 23,500 m ³/h. The high-pressure water pump adopts the internationally renowned T7012IR model plunger, with suitable flow rate and high pressure, allowing a maximum pressure of up to 10 MPa. The clean water tank makes full use of the onboard space, with a large volume of 9 m ³. The waste bin is made of single-layer stainless steel structure, designed for tipping and unloading, equipped with a high-pressure self-cleaning device. The self-cleaning device can assist in unloading when the waste bin is emptied, cleaning the interior of the waste bin. The left and right side brushes are designed as single sweep discs, reducing the number of brushes and brush wear, which can lower operating costs. The left and right side brushes can be controlled separately, allowing for different operational modes such as left sweep, right sweep, and full sweep. The width of the suction nozzle reaches 2418mm, ensuring an overall working width greater than 3.5m. Four height-adjustable suction nozzle wheels allow for easy adjustment and ensure a reasonable gap between the nozzle and the road surface. The interior of the suction nozzle features a spray rod, which maximizes the arrangement of high-pressure cleaning nozzles inside the nozzle, not only enhancing the cleaning effect but also minimizing secondary pollution caused by high-pressure water jets dislodging dirt. The left and right spray rods are installed on the suction nozzle and rise and fall with it. The structure is simple and compact, ensuring that the height of the spray rods from the ground remains fixed, achieving optimal cleaning results. The open hydraulic system drives the rise and fall of the left and right side brushes, the rotation of the left and right sweeping ribs, the rise and fall of the suction nozzle, the opening and closing of the waste bin's rear door, and the tipping and resetting of the waste bin. The side power take-off of the chassis transmission drives the low-pressure water pump, enabling the watering vehicle's low-pressure washing function. It features one-button operation for starting and stopping.
The sweeping vehicle has multiple functions including surface cleaning, surface sweeping, curbstone cleaning, washing of curbstones and curbstone faces, low-pressure washing, and spray dust suppression. There are six operational modes available: 'Full Wash and Sweep', 'Left Wash and Sweep', 'Right Wash and Sweep', 'Full Sweep', 'Left Sweep', and 'Right Sweep'. Selecting the 'Full Wash and Sweep' mode for cleaning squares and road surfaces provides high efficiency and excellent results, achieving a cleanliness rate of over 90%. Choosing the 'Left Wash and Sweep' or 'Right Wash and Sweep' mode allows for cleaning road surfaces and curbstones, as well as scrubbing the vertical surfaces of curbstones. When road surface sweeping or maintenance is required, the sweeping mode can be selected. When dust suppression is needed, the spraying device can be activated to perform dust suppression operations. It can also conduct low-pressure washing operations on the road surface, similar to a watering vehicle.
The sweeping vehicle is suitable for cleaning operations on urban roads, highways, squares, airports, docks, tunnels, bridges, isolation walls, curbstones, and the mechanical cleaning, sweeping, and dust suppression of curbstone surfaces.
