The new 1580 model features a white single-row reversible cab, equipped with a Liuzhou Wuling 83KW National VI engine (1.5L displacement) and a Mengwo 5-speed transmission. It offers a choice of 2600/2800 wheelbase, a 140 straight-through frame (light truck frame), a 2.5-ton rear axle, 185R14 tires, oil brakes, ABS, original air conditioning, electronic power steering, and a 12V Camel battery.
The upper structure adopts a folding curved arm structure, with a three-section folding work arm, dual work positions for the work platform and turntable, allowing for both up and down operations. It features electro-hydraulic control, 360-degree rotation of the work arm, four hydraulic legs, and options for telescopic and winching.
The 1-ton hook has a lifting capacity of ≤900kg, with the work platform capable of supporting up to 200kg. The platform allows remote control of engine start and stop, and its dimensions are 1100*680*1100. It also comes with a steel toolbox, stainless steel fencing, and a patterned anti-slip walkway board.
The vehicle is equipped with bidirectional hydraulic locks, bidirectional balance valves, flow valves, and hydraulic cylinders, all of which are sourced from well-known domestic brands, ensuring smooth direction changing and flexible, convenient operation.
The legs and work arm are interlocked for safety and reliability, preventing misoperations.
