Milk tank truck also called milk transport truck. It's of food standard stainless steel 304 material and thermal insulation material, which can keep temperature for milk or other edible liquid more than 24 hours.

Milk Delivery Tank Truck:
Milk tank truck (also called milk transport truck, milk tanker truck, milk truck, stainless steel milk tanker, road milk tanker, bulk milk collection tanker, milk tanker, can milk truck) is a truck that transfer milk from farm to dairy factory.
We adopt stainless steel or aluminum alloy for the tanker body; tank interior and outside are polished completely. Additional cold keeping layer could be applied to keep milk from deterioration.
Milk tank truck can be divided into many compartments to transport different types of drinkable liquid, milk, ewe's milk…Every compartments are equipped with CIP cleaning function.
Milk tank truck can be equipped with stainless steel pump, pump in pump out function.

1. Tank type:
The tank adopts an elliptical horizontal tank structure, which is divided into three sets of anti wave plates or three independent compartment type large milk collection tank trucks (adjustable according to user needs).
2. Inner gallbladder:
Made of 3.0mm thick food grade AISI 304-2B stainless steel plate. The CNC fully automatic argon arc welding machine is used for welding and shaping, and the rolling and polishing machine is used for polishing. The large plate rolling machine is used for one-time bending into an elliptical cylinder, which is not easy to accumulate dirt.
3. Internal head:
The tank compartment head adopts a 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate butterfly head, which is formed by one-time water pressure blowing and expansion. The appearance is uniform and the forming is beautiful. During vehicle operation, it can effectively alleviate the impact of fresh milk on the tank head, and its impact resistance is much higher than that of flat and conical heads.
4. Partition/wave board:
The 4mm thick 304 2B stainless steel plate is expanded into two butterfly shaped enclosed partitions and two anti wave plates with manholes. All partitions/anti wave plates are installed in a full weld manner inside the inner tank of the tank car and equipped with arc-shaped flushing edges to form a wide angle at the connection with the inner tank for easy cleaning. All welding points inside the tank body are polished with 6 polishing machines according to Australian production process requirements, and the treatment effect meets international food grade requirements. The strength of this butterfly head is much higher than that of a flat head or a wavy plate head.
5. Strengthening tendon
By using professional research and development software to calculate the force area of the tank body during the walking and turning process of the tank truck, stainless steel reinforcement rings are fully welded to the inner liner of the tank body at corresponding proportional intervals to support the entire tank body. Effectively reducing the thickness of the inner liner while ensuring the overall strength of the tank body, and reducing the self weight of the tank truck.
