SWEEPING TRUCK

The new road cleaning model developed by our factory adopts the principle of negative pressure pure suction and one-way air intake (no back-blowing airflow), so that dust can only enter but not exit, no dust can be raised, and zero PM2.5 emissions can be achieved. It is suitable for mechanized cleaning operations of cement concrete pavements and asphalt pavements such as urban roads, viaducts, squares, airports, docks, and factory areas.
*The rear-mounted wide-width suction nozzle, suction cup with rolling sweep, and vertical filter cartridge structure are adopted.
*The wide-width suction nozzle is controlled to rise and fall by the hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic floating technology can greatly improve the service life of the rubber wheel.
*The unique box structure is adopted, and the filter cartridge is easy to disassemble and maintain. The garbage bin adopts an inclined plate structure, which is convenient for unloading without manual intervention.

    Two central sweepers (independently controlled) + central wide suction nozzle + built-in high-pressure main spray bar + left and right high-pressure side spray bars (independently controlled) structure, achieving washing, sweeping, and dust suction of the pavement.
    The V-shaped arrangement of the left and right side spray bars and the gapless high-pressure nozzle arrangement of the built-in main spray bar effectively gathers all the cleaned wastewater and debris towards the suction nozzle, which is then absorbed into the wastewater garbage bin, ensuring that the pavement is free of dust and standing water, resulting in excellent pavement cleaning, brushing, and wastewater recovery.
   The clean water tank and garbage bin are arranged separately, maximizing effective space utilization and allowing for longer continuous operation time. At the same time, during operation, wastewater can be discharged through the wastewater discharge device, allowing for the addition of clean water to continue operations at any time; The garbage bin uses a dual oil cylinder self-dumping mechanism, and a large flow high-pressure nozzle is installed inside the bin to quickly wash the garbage bin.
   The left and right high-pressure side spray bars are equipped with bidirectional automatic obstacle avoidance protection and reset functions. This can greatly reduce damage to the left and right high-pressure side spray bars, enhancing the overall safety of the vehicle during operation.
   The centrally positioned wide suction nozzle features a hydraulic floating function, effectively extending the lifespan of the rubber rollers.
    The washing truck utilizes PLC programming and an intelligent control system, with centralized control of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, allowing the driver to perform various operations from the cab.
